About Our Service

Former SAPS cruiser.

Physically located at 608 Traverse Road, the Sainte-Anne Police Service has been proudly serving the growing and prosperous Town of Sainte-Anne for over 45 years.

We strive to maintain the safest community in Manitoba by creating and maintaining community partnerships, by being a leader in policing within Manitoba, by attracting and retaining quality police officers, and by acquiring and using resources efficiently and responsibly. We provide innovative policing with the highest level of professionalism and accountability.

The Sainte-Anne Police Service is led by Chief Marc Robichaud, a veteran officer with over 30 years of experience in policing and security management. Marc has a diverse policing background, having served as a member of the RCMP's Emergency Response Team (ERT), in Major Crime, Drugs and more. Marc was also the Provincial Municipal Police Coordinator for Violent Crime Linkage Analysis (ViCLAS) with the RCMP Behavioural Science Unit. Prior to joining the Sainte-Anne team, Marc worked as the Manager of Investigative Services for the Atlantic Lottery Corporation.

Marc served as the President of the Manitoba Association of Chiefs of Police, where he was instrumental in many significant developments including but not limited to developing the Association's first Business Plan and hiring their first Executive Director. In 2022, Chief Marc Robichaud was honoured with the MACP's Outstanding Service Award.
