Recruiting

The Sainte-Anne Police Service primarily recruits using our "Auxiliary-to-Constable" career path. Interested applicants join our volunteer Auxiliary Program, and if successful, may proceed to paid employment as a Community Safety Officer then a regular member police Constable. This path has many benefits; each stage allows the individual to examine their personal suitably for a career in law enforcement, while simultaneously acquiring valuable experience.

 

If you are already have Community Safety Officer training approved by the Province of Manitoba, or are a current/former experienced police officer, there may be lateral employment options available to you. Please submit our experienced officer form to be added to a review list for potential opportunities.
